Burjis Sethna came to us claiming that he could assist us with obtaining business capital. He said that we would need to buy a new company and would get us 150,000 or more in 60 to 90 days. We gace him almost 20,000 in Nov and Dec and never received any proof that he ever purchased this corporation and never got us a dime of business capital. He will not refund the money.
In addition, Burgis switched our Merchnat accounts obcer with much higher fees. Burgis lied about everything. He lied about what he can do, he lied about being approved he lied about getting us capital.
The is a case of fraud being reported to the NY atty general. Do not do business with him.
