Think twice before sending funds via WU's online service

I'll no further use Western Union online providers. I experimented with deliver via WUis online-service, utilizing my CREDIT card. At the conclusion of the shape-stuffing procedure I obtained on screen instructions to contact customer support, 'extra information was necessary for verification of identification.' Long story short, they declined to accomplish the deal (and would not explain why... I will let you know all my 'identification' specifics have been in order, and so I could not start to speculate). Resources were, nonetheless, taken from my bill. I named Western Union, these were of no aid; stated they'd sent notice to come back resources to my bank, that resources were 'not with WU, but were being kept by my bank.' This really is unnecessary and it is a solution which should not be approved by any WU client. Truth is, WU posted the cost towards the lender *before* the deal was total and with no support being made. Poor procedure, similarly poor customer support. I truly shouldn't need to keep the responsibility of missing resources to get a support which wasnot made and neither should any client. Greatly annoying. Think hard before delivering resources via WUis online-service.
