I inquired about their credit repair services and Billy Alt aggressively pursued me with several emails and text messages to my phone. He was as compassionate and kind as he could be. He told me everything I could possibly want to hear about how he and his firm will repair my credit and he said if I signed up right away I would get a $5000 line of credit which would boost my credit score "up to 100 points" fast.
Well, $750 later I promptly stopped hearing from Billy Alt and have never received that which I paid for. No credit repair and no line of credit. I've demaned a refund but only received an email telling me about all the hard work they did for me. NOT! They did nothing for me.
In summary, they took my money and sold me services and promises they never delvered on and they refuse to refund my money. They are scammers who prey upon people who are struggling with bad credit and who are seeking a second chance.
