Thanks to an overwhelming number of complaints from consumers victimized by First Approval Benefits and Kinito Inc., The Federal Trade Commission has filed for injunctive relief on behalf of the victims of these international criminals.
The action was filed in US District Court, Northern District of Illinois, on October 23. A Federal District Court Judge granted the FTC's motion on the same day.
Named as additional defendants in the multi count action were Nikolaos Rothos, Steve Vrontakis, Ana Vrontakis and Roberto Mendez, along with a Canadian Corporation known as 9094-5114 Quebec Inc.
Last month, a similar crime ring headed by Viktor Golub and doing business as 1st Beneficial Credit Services LLC, Platinum Express Benefits LLC, and American Capitol Benefits LLC was shut down by US and Canadian agencies.
Currently, there are several similar operations using the same fraudulant tactics, under investigation by US and Canadian authorities.
