Ripoff consumer scam

I received a approval guaranteed letter from First National Credit on September 27 and since I was trying to re-establish my credit I mailed them a money order in the amount of $43 on October 26. To date, I have yet to receive a credit card or any literature stating how I can contact them for follow up. They have to be stopped. Please help!
