Recieved a check for $4,980.10 to pay taxes on a Consumer's Promotional Draw in the amount of $250,000.00. Was asked to contact a claim agent & pay Taxes in the amount of $4,780.20 by Money Gram / Western Union to Patricia Martins 433 Cloud St. Tacoma, Washington.
