Absolutely incompetent, rude, and cost my business thousands of dollars in tax penalties and hours

From blatantly obvious errors on income tax returns, to double-recorded payroll liabilities, Kinner botched everything we ever hired them for, resulting in literally thousands of dollars of penalties, painful audits, and hundreds of work hours for myself and our new accounting firm. It's been since 2007 that I ended the business relationship, and we are still to this day receiving penalty letters from the IRS and working on resolving the errors they made. A professional face-to-face confrontation with Kinner & Company after the bulk of the errors surfaced, resulted in a profane temper tantrum by the proprietor.
