Clear credit ripoff charged credit card over 200.00 without approval

I was wanting to get the free credit report and needed to register with a credit card and I didn't have one because of my credit so my father allowed me to use his as long as nothing would be billed. Before long over $200.00 dollars was billed to his credit card for no reson. I never used the sight after getting my credit report printed.
