We were in trouble with the IRS and hired Progessive Tax Group to deal with it.in our intitial conversation, they promised to take care of everything: reducing the tax debts, etc. They asked for $10K so we gave it to them. They sent paperwork to fill out and we returned all paperwork. Then we don't hear from them and they never return our phone calls, we finally get a demand from them for another $20 K saying that we failed to provide them with all necessary paperworks. TO make a long story short, they dropped our case. Come to find out they've done absolutely nothing. We contacted our IRS agent directly and was shocked to find out they haven't done anything on our behalf. No wonder they wouldn't give us our own IRS agent's contact info. These people will promise you everything just to get your money, then they will be on you everyday until you pay then it's almost impossible to reach them after that! DOn't make our mistakes. If anyone out there have been ripped off, please let the publlic know. I want to start a class action lawsuit.
