Unauthorized deduct from credit card

I've many times required this product removed our Learn card-but it nevertheless stays after nearly 24 months. First I had been informed they didn't take 'e' mails to stop. When I attempted to stop by telephone, they explained that my spouse would need to get it done, as his title is about the card, however so is mine. It has been 12.95 during all of this period. Please clean it down
