Ripoff i paid 296. For a credit card every time i call i get the same answe

I WAS DEBIT OUT OF 296.in APRIL BY THE CREDIT EDUCATION GROUP AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEY ALL WOULD SAY THE Same thing that i would here from the bank anyday now it been 7month i still havent gotten anything
