Our buddy was a devoted worker for the corporation. She was there when her Supervisor was ended and worked for the whole 2 weeks with no aid. She same in early and slept late. She never did something to risk the organization, or prolonged loans out to individuals who did not qualify. During her 9mnths there, they employed another supervisor (she'd the smallest concept of how to proceed when it found her work) she was completely computer illerate... However they employed her. Therefore she experienced "her Chef" without any ill thoughts. They restructed and was designated a brand new Region Administrator. She was handed her evaluation by him and he offered her rave reviews. He explained being he has not worked n/her and neither has the Department Boss, he copier her data from her self-evaluation. 2wks later, he arrived within an DISMISSED her for no cause. He explained since she offered an to some overdue client!!! He explained that people do not loan to friends / household. She advised him this individual was niether, but he did not care.
He explained to gather all of your issues and also you need to abandon. She stated he did not provide her any paperwork to signal, no method to clarify something. Despite the fact that the organization condones AREA calls to gather mortgage funds. I informed her this is actually the many SILLY factor I have heard. No writeup, no preceding problems... ONLY A PUNCH WITHIN THE FACE hard work & COMMITMENT does not pay-off
