I created an arrangement to repay my debt in tiny quantities and didn't approve in order for them to write out-of my bill. They picked the entire quantity out-of my bill anyway. I used 20 units about the telephone together plus they explained it had been a mistake on my component. I've on paper before me the total amount to become compensated towards the penny also it was significantly different from the things they got out. I am unsure how to proceed next.
