Used my bank account to give to a third party and 2 paper checks were generated just because I applied for a loan

I applied for a loan and a libertclub as well as a place who generated a non refundable paper check to my account that said "coup cpn"It cost me about 50.00 (both together niether have been refunded) and the libertyclub after my dispute and refund request weeks ago still has not refunded my money and the other place refuses just because I applied for a loan with this last chance cash advance it caused me overdraft they are now ignoreing me and I wish a lawyer would contact me and stop these illegal missuses of accounts. Thank you
