A fraudlulent charge of $40.00 was charged to my credit card without my knowledge or authorization of who the company was was or product

I viewed my credit card statement to find that a $40.00 charge had been assessed to my card without my knowledge. I recently bought a teeth whitening product which I canceled. The teeth whitening company and this Ibuildwealth company are a fraud. They both charged my credit card with my authorization. I am pursuing legal action agais these companies as they has greatly inconvenienced by misleading me on what funds were available on my card.
