Our house burned down on Holiday evening 2009 my insurance provider was Nationwide (amazing to date) sadly for me personally my mortgage is by using Lender of America meaning all checks from Nationwide Insurance need to be transferred into Bank of America and all inspections originate from the Home Claims Division situated at CA6-919-02-45 400 Nation Method, Simi Valley CA 93065. Though they're an online lender THEY DON'T do any dealings through online bank, e-mail or something except phone or US Postal Service. I've recorded in over 24 hours of contact/DELAY period, been through countless people in the call centre, all the supervisors have been in conferences all day long and wouldn't arrived at the telephone. They hang-up on me and imagine they got disconnected. They're chockfull of reasons why nothing continues to be completed with the check that I delivered them for $137,500 from Nationwide Insurance on February 9th. I sent a-13 site bill on 3/1 for that $72,000 and $14,000 that I've invested from my bank account to obtain my house fixed and am seeking OUR MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE CARRIER FOR YOUR REPAIR OF MY HOME, plus they did nothing. They believe I'm so silly that I actually donot understand they're slowing so they may use my cash as well as in the meantime my loved ones is displaced, my house CAn't be fixed and Nationwide needs to spend my bills. All I'm requesting is my cash to repair my home as well as their bureaucratic program won't permit this to occur. BOA is doing insurance scam by maintaining that cash and stopping me from fixing my house.
