In feb 03 my mother agreed to let Luca financial express benefits out of Buffalo, New York, take $249 out of her bank account. Promising her she would receive an interest free credit card for $2000.
It has been 8 months and nothing. All contact has been diminished. My mother who did not know what to came to me for help and I am determined to help her in any way I can.
