I requested a refund of $250.00 I already paidthem, they stated that if they hadnt done what they said they would doon credit reports, a refund would be sent.in best interest that seems appropriate resolve.
However I received the letter the letter above, and filed a complaint with Attorney General office in Texas, Their letter 9/16/03 in an effort to resolve the complaint requesting response in 14 days, it could take posibly take 60 days depending on the volumne the attorney general handles, if settlement is reached, before that time, let them know, so they can close file.
Apparently ez credit repair, credit restoration has a problem.
