This is blatant callousness, take advantage of your position type of attitude that you can expect from them. Customer service is in place as others have stated to just stonewall you and avoid being pinpointed in their practices and of real place of business. Talk about knowing you are going to make people mad and making sure they cannot get to you personally. I was actually told that it was my mistake therefore my problem! I think there should be a way to make companies that act like that responsible and have substantial punishment for it.
