Just like everyone I received a call from a lady who told me I could get a master card with a limit of $5,000 and a gold cardwith limit of $4,000 and all I had to do was pay a one time fee of $299. Then I gave her my checking account number she ask when I wanted the 299. To be out of the account I told her on the 08/29/03 after gitting off the phone I got to thinking about it and called
back to cancel 20 min. Later
Well the $299 still came out.
