Rip-off mail fraud

Got a application to fill out all the way in chattanooga tn. I knew something had to be wrong they wanted to give me a 15,000 dollar credit card what kind... I dont know... With no credit check they must think we american folks are stupid to fall for that... If you get one in the mail mail it back to them with a note instead of a check what ever you put on that note is your business but you get the point... Its mail fruad
