My name is Edith, I own A Papillon Salon! I started having trouble with this company when they left me on hold for up to an hour and never being able to resolve the prob, at that time! Then because I received no help I closed my bank accounts and then got a little attention but when I di I made arrangements to pay what was owed before my 1st pmtnwas due i received a call from a collections agency telling me i wasin collections for the same company but different amount. After finding out that I had two contracts which were misrepresented to me (I had not realized even exsisted) I tried to find out how and when. The collector was of great help and when he provided proof of what he was saying I tried to call and talk to the person SANDRA whom I made the original arrangements with to see if there was anyway to get them back from collections I cant eventype as many bad words and rude remarks and names she used to talk to talk to me! I have never been so mad, frustrated and beside myself of her actions... Yes I lost my temper but not after being belittled and humiliated! All I wanted was fornher to listen and even me screaming didnt stop her! She hung up many times before I started to do the same... She informed me that I was an idiot and we should compare credit scores cause at least she can still buy stuff! Maybe she should have checked mine! Which brings me to the assumption that she knows me! Shedoesnt and didnt even try to talk to me! She is a supervisor according to her and no one is above her! So please tell me who is and how do I get to talk to a real human being? Maybe she should be sold and told she is not worth talking to! Like she informed me before the many hang ups occured!
