Stay away from Peter Kirschner, Stuart Rubens or Mark Plotkin. They are running a really shady company again - this time it is called NDDN standing for the National Debt Defenders Network or WhiteStar Financial - they are operating from both Hollywood and Boca Raton FL. Gillian Kirschner.

Both Peter and Stuart have long a disciplinary records with the SEC which are available for viewing at the NASD website.
