I set up an account for my son to use so that i could transfer funds to him quickly and easily to assist him while he was in college. Great idea! The services of a debit card that i can control my sons funds and use to provide funds to him.
This worked well until facecard changed their systems and then everything i have tried to do was worthless... To give credit where credit is due i did have a gentleman from facecard correct a problem in august of but if it were not for his work pushing this thru and that i contacted the president by e-mail then i am not sure where it would have ended up.
But again i have been suckered into the use of the services. My studipity but not again. I will be cancelling all services once i get my funds.
I have attempted to send funds to my personal facecard account directly from my bank account. The funds were taken from my bank account 7 days ago and i still do not have funds deposited to my facecard account. Right now i am out $1850.00!!! No joke! They are holding my funds..
I have contacted the help services and they e-mail back it should take no more than 7 days. Well i am at the 7 days and have -0- dollars.
I have sent an e-mail to the president regarding the situation and should not have to do so just to get normal transactions performed.
I am also trying to send my sons funds for his semesters tution via their payee services on facecard but everytime i try and set it up the system will not process the payee. I have spoken directly to the university to ensure i have the proper account information and id information for my sons tuition payment. I again have tried to process this payee to be set up but the system refuses to accept the account information.
Oh well i don't have any money in my account to send anyway...
I recommend that no one use this system... Facecard & or edo interactive.
