MGC purchased our mortgage in June. Ever since then, they've kept funds for approximately thirty days, transferred two inspections simultaneously, not transferred at-all, etc.

After weeks of attempting to spend our mortgage promptly, we obtained a notice stating that people were 4 funds behind and they were likely to foreclose. I posted a written challenge and not received an answer. Then I called and called and named... And left about 200 messages. Then I delivered another published challenge and cc'd it to my attorney. 10 days later, I acquired a notice within the email stating they had 60-days to react to the challenge. 8 weeks later, I obtain a written reaction displaying many unusual dealings on my consideration and stating they never received 4 funds. 24 hours later, I obtained certified mail characters having a notice of publishing the home for foreclosure.
