I got tenancy of the completely new, never-existed in home maintained by Shoreline Gasoline on 12/1/09, and was just sent the bill for the first tank fill ($399.72) for 12.5 gallons (seems ridiculously expensive) by the owner right before that holidays. I had been outoftown for 2 months, and was surprised to understand for that very first time after I named nowadays, in city and prepared to put up my very own consideration, that I'm being extorted by Shoreline Gasoline for one more $50. They declare that since I didn't contact to setup the consideration in my title within thirty days, they're getting me $50, which it is "not their problem" used to do not understand this.
The truth is that I had been never advised that I'd be billed this charge easily named directly into produce a new bill thirty days after getting tenancy. I got tenancy on 12/1, and named in on 1/8 - that will be seven days "late". I've today talked with two repetitions at Coastline gasoline, Andrea being the most recent, and also have requested this $50 be waived since I had been not educated of the plan. I requested they do that like a motion of great religion, when I am an honest client establishing a fresh bill, and that I am simply attempting to spend my first statement - but this begins the connection off having a very, very bad flavor in my own mouth about how exactly Coastline Gasoline operates its company - and of course its degree of customer support.
Thanks,
Kelley
