Do not recommend this bank... They manipulate your account to gain the highest profit in nsf fees!
A small error can cost you severely with this bank. Debit card transactions are placed on hold and if a larger amount comes in for posting regardless of what has been previously authorized, they will honor the larger amount and charge nsf's for all the small amounts on hold gaining the largest profit.
Customer Service is horrible. They must carry a handbook how to dodge every complaint because they have an answer for everything.
I'm sorry but justifying a small error of $80.00 against charging $495.00 in NSF fees in 24 hours is never acceptable!
The change in hands, the policy changes, customers monies are not safe!
