I did not order this product, but received it with another trial offer, was told that I had a 15 day window to cancel. BUT I NEVER ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, was charged $87.77 and was told by customer service that they could only refund 75% of my money, the rest is for a restocking fee. I am also out for the postage to send the product back. This needs to happen before they will credit my account!!! This company needs to be shut down!!!
