Fcnb Aka Newport News late fee, mailed check on time, no human to talk to the business that doesnt give a dam Pob 9204 Old Sumthin Sumtin? New York...
I have been trying to talk to a human for over a week to see if my payment was recived because i noticed my bank hadn't processed it yet so I tried to call customer service... Yea right! I got the ol push and enter button game and then was told cannot give you that info so please write to 9204 and then I counl't understand what stinkin street addresses, even tho I replayed it four times, wherever it is in new york! I also noticed that my finance charge changes every mo. Sometimes higher sometimes lower... And I haven't charged anything since they went bankrupt.
Anyway to make a long story longer, I was able to find out that they had charged me a late fee because they haven't recieved my check, all I want is a human, and all I get is phone numbers (usually not toll free) and computers! Grrrrrr!
I have never been late with this card and I usually have tried to pay more then the min. Amt due. They expect us to be prompt and availiable why aren't they? We put up with them going bankrupt and stopping our credit cards! If they want a break from us why don't they give us a break nd give us a easy way to contact them and speak with a human!
