Do not trust these people to offer you a loan modification if you are paying a reduced payment

This company operates on lies. Do not trust them to modify your loan! They won't do it. Get a lawyer and stop paying - that is the only way you will be entitled to work under the obama plan. Lies and more lies - EMC are not a reputable company. Do not trust them. Don't take the first modification you are offered either. Trust me - my lawyer explained everything to me.
