Capital One Finacial Corp. Applied a $39 balance to my account, and sent a "minimum payment" request of $15, despite the fact that I had never even activated their credit card.
They claim this is the "annual fee", but what kind of company starts sending you bills before you've even agreed to use the card via the activation process?
Yet another company that doesn't think twice about employing shady tactics to make a quick buck off of people who don't know any better.
