Our relative gives my statement with hsbc balances and on 11/09 she paid 112.00 so when she contact 24 hours later to determine why the cash wasn't required out-of her consideration they informed her they did not recevie her cost and informed her to create another cost to ensure that is what she did when she named on mon they informed her they recevied her cost 11/10 and informed her they'd cancell the main one fee made on 11/11 additionally they informed her they could not lookup anytihng from the conformation quantity that she'd off the Site since she gives the statement online and today i offered them a phone to determine when they might return her, her 112.00 they got out-of her consideration and that I also requested when they might send it to her home or place it back to her consideration plus they explained no they might just send it to my tackle i told them that i dont spend the statement she does therefore place it back to her consideration the disagreed with me till i place in a big change of tackle and so I did plus they still disagreed with me i load that I had been not handled fearly and thats why i wrote this complant.
