Just phoned the Attorney General's hotline and got a message saying that as of June 24th NADN has now filed for bankruptcy, call 702-486-3132 to hear the message.
Luckily I got back my initial investment back, but because I did not have the money in the bank to pay, I received over $500 in overdraft fees which NADN said they would pay me back, as you can guess they never did, even after two attorney letters to them, they just did not give a dam. Thank God they are going bankrupt, but where are they going next and under what name?
