I bought a premium policy with GE longterm Care insurence now called Genwoth and I am not getting everything I paid fo

My policy is not wrutten the way the policys are written now. I paid a lot of money a year to have a premium policy that was very inclusive. I asked to speak to an attorny at Genworth to go over the language in my policy that my benifigt analist was dening. The policy clearly states That I chose Privileged Care coordinator and I am entitled to have a privileged care co ordinator help me. They do not provid this. They out sourse to a third party company and say that they do that as a curtisey. That is not what my policy states. The lady in chargre of consumer affairs at Genworth was rude and ended hanging up on me and told me that I could not go above her head. The supervisor of my benifit analist said I had to deal with Millisa Tune the benifit anilist the lowest person. I seem to have lost all I paid for with GE even though they said it would be the same company with a different name. Other things have changed in the policy. I am disabled, recurrent cancer, fall etc., but I bought this policy before this happened in 2007 and I wangt what i paid for all those years. I want my contract because that is what the policy is to be honored and I can't gen any where. Please help me.
