This Company closed my account in March for "business reasons".

I just received my bill for this month and they are charging me an eight dollar charge to a local store from the month of May. 1. If my account was closed by them then why are they honoring a charge two months after they closed my account?

2. I never even used the card anyway because they had cancelled it in March!

3. I can't even talk to a real person about it... I have to mail a letter to the company!

4. I was also charged a late fee on this bill which would be correct however, I had lost my bill and couldn't find an address to mail the payment out to them. I found an old statement and called the 800 # for customer service and there was no address on the automated thing to mail payments to. There was only the address to mail for more information regarding my account. So then I press the option to speak with a customer service rep and I get sent to the address to mail for more info and then it hangs up on me.

I know that there has to be people still working for this company otherwise we wouldn't be able to send mail to someone so why can't we get ahold of someone on the phone also?
