Incorrect Payment demand for equipment

I'm a former representative of Suncoast College for Progressive Reports. The college rented a credit/bank card device out of this rental business. Being an adviser functioning on account of the college, I allegedly closed a deal for-lease of the equipment. I quit the use of the college in February. The college extended to make use of the gear to get a amount of time which is my comprehending that they approached the leaing organization to end the contract (I had been not used there at the moment). The college shut their checking account using the lender that the rental organization had used-to draw-down electonic resources moves to cover rent funds (I had been not used there at the moment). I spoke having a Mr. Bear who presents the rental organization because he's used there. Your phone discussion (11/9) took place because the leasing company sent me a very threatening and improper notice. Since I have "passed" the rent being an adviser of the college, the consultant of the rental organization mentioned that I had been accountable for the $1100.00 statement addressing outstanding rent obligations. I discussed that I served as a realtor of the school at that time of the rent enactment but might have no control over what occurred after I quit the college. The rental company consultant explained he "did not care". He explained "Do Not pay me. I'll change this to an attorney and also the credit agency and that I may damage your credit. I simply ripped a duplicate of one's credit history 10 seconds before and there are many traces of credit you are able to use from to pay for me". I gave him no authorization to draw my credit history. He explained "I've your social security number. I will do something I'd like." I think about this to become harassment, dishonest, and much more than probable, illegitimate. I can't be held accountable for this issue. The rental business consultantis attitude, words, risks... Were extremely unprofessional.
