Easysavers was underhanded in the way they sign up customers... BUT I had no problem getting my money back... Read on...
I saw a charge from Easysavers on my monthly bank statement. I checked with my husband to see if he had bought anything from this company. He said no, so I went online to check into this company. When I typed in Easysavers, the search led me to this site. I read some of the complaints and printed them out, ready to go to the bank to try to get the charge reversed. I decided to give the company a call, using the number (above) from one of the posts.
I called and spoke with dave, letting him know that i was unhappy about this charge. I also told him that my husband had sent me flowers from proflowers but that he had not joined easysavers. Dave explained that when my husband sent the flowers, he had clicked a button which gave him a $10.00 discount, signed up for and authorized easysavers to charge our account.
He informed me that we had been charged 9 times and had paid $1.95 initally. He then...
Refunded all of the charges, even the $1.95. He was very nice and informative... Give them a call...
