Mr. Hernandez is extremely threatening in his calls, stating my spouse is likely to be imprisoned if he doesn't spend an ammount which he'll not identify.
He's explained the phone has been federally documented to be used in a court-house
He promises my spouse created a Pay Day Loan in November at an National Pay Day Loan organization and not settled it back which it's illegal action. "May God be around if we dont pay."
These last 2 times the calls have improved immensly. 4 calls to the house recently and 2 to my partners work. He informs my partners workers exactly the same issues he tells us.
He's my partners last four numbers, his function and house quantity and his parents 1st titles.
