They offered me a $2500. Limit visa if I sent $296. I sent them that, via bank transfer. 2 weeks later, they called back, offering a mastercard with similar features. I declined and they said the visa was on its way.
I have not received anything, plus I found other usacomplaints.com complaints via GOOGLE. They are a scam.
