Taking Money from my account

I actually donot understand how you approved you to ultimately eliminate $1 per month from my bank account with CITIBANK, but REDUCE IT OUT NOW!

Used to do NOT approve you or do I actually receive any type of communications or "savings" or something, however you remove a regular cost of $1... May not appear to be much, however it is when you're not carrying it out with my authorization!!!
