I purchased flowers at ProFlowers.com and had started to get unauthorized charges being charged onto my debit card. I NEVER authorized these charges to be taken place or the money removed from my checking account. I called the Easy Saver company and they have agreed to refund all 8 charges of 14.95 to be credited back to my checking account.
I find it very wrong and dishonest that you guys are allowing these charges to be taken place. I could sue the company for making these unauthorized charges!!!
I would like to know what you can help do to make this better on my part?!?!?!
