Don't conduct business with Delta Camera
Requested a camera for $160, and got an account for $292. They named before it delivered to recommend an improved battery and memory - together the two products are worth in the many $40. There is no additional battery within the container, the battery that was there is exactly the same one whichis designed to include the camera, and also the arm band that usually is available in the box was lacking.
Customer support told us they charged $29. For shipping insurance (evidently it is within the fine-print whenever you spot your purchase), which we'd requested the "whole-sale" edition of the camera, not Retail - therefore the container did not have a battery or hand band. They offered us an enormous run around. I'd deliver everything back, but I am aware it is extremely difficult to obtain a reimbursement out of this organization. I repeat, DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS with DeltaCamera.com.
