I took a loan out with this company in July. They kept taking and taking and taking. I finally had to close my bank account. I have not heard anything from them or received any mailings or anything from this company since then. All of a sudden this company is calling being rude, telling me im going to jail and that I have court on Monday. Isnt there a Satute of Limitations for this. Its been WAY over a year. This is RIDICULUS. If you have not already taken a loan don't. If you have one out currently please be careful. If anyone can help me please let me know. Thanks!!!
