Asset Acceptance LLC is attempting collection on a charged off credit card and now has me in arbitration with NAF. Minnesota attorney general has a class action lawsuit against the NAF and they no longer due consumer arbitration as of July 24. They advised me that mine was prior to that and that it would be arbitrated. I have objected since the beginning, and have requested proof of AALLC that I used the card and a contract between myself and 5th3rd bank. Any arbitration help out there? 48pan.
