I sent this email to my local Chase Bank in Gahanna OH on Hamilton Rd Kelly,
I want you to know what kind of business chase is conducting. First I will tell you that Chase does nothing for the customer, it is really all about Chase and how they can collect massive amounts of fees from the poorest people in the country, the people that can't afford to see doctors and the people that barely have enough money to live each day. It is ashame that they conduct that kind of business and it is a fact that without 38 billion in fees chase would not profit, in fact they would lose money. So what that tells me is chase cannot do business well enough to profit but they can do steal from the most needy people in the country.
I am doing everything I can to make my business grow and the whole time I am fighting with chase to do it, you are not helping me, you are not fighting for me. Chase is simply taking from me and my family.
I came in and told you that I was getting evicted because of a invalid charge, I had the paper right there the first time I met with you. You apparently did not care. Because now a motion has been filed for me to move out of my house and the only thing I can do to save my business is to move into my store and sleep in the back room. Now I know you don't care enough and probably will just take this email and trash it but, I am at least doing what I feel is right by letting you know what your lack of fight has done for me.
I had a mis-charge on Sept 1, chase said they cant do anything about it because they cannot prove that I don't owe the money, and I told chase to produce evidence that I do owe the money. Well after being lied to 2 times and told I would get all of the money and fees back, chase kept everything and paid the company. You helped put me in this situation, not personally but you represent the company as a branch manager.
Now fast forward to today Oct 7th... Chase is not allowed to charge more than 3 overdrafts a day so what did they do to take advantage of me more than 105. They rejected 3 things so they could get 210.00 in 1 day. Thats cheating and taking advantage again. You (chase) are helping me fail, you are putting me out of business to make profits and even more importantly think of all of the poor people who have to go through this. Well I am fighting back, for myself and for the people who can't fight for them self. I am going to make my situation heard not only on my behalf but for the day to day stacks of money you just take from people without spending a moment to help them. Chase has taking thousands from me because they cash the high items first and then all of the 3 and 4 dollar items stack for 35 dollar fees each. You should not be allowed to take more than you paid.
I am copying a lot of people on this email, and I don't plan to stop here, I am writing all of our congress people and our governor and our US senator. I am going to keep up the pressure until you guys actually help us.
