I noticed the cost on my credit card record; attempted to get hold of them - was defeated therefore visited my lender who questioned the costs, then strangely it had been corrected back onto my charge card, and today MyLife claims "whatever the proven fact that that you don't have a merchant account around since you questioned together with your lender in the place of calling people (how may I, that you don't provide a genuine contact range), we can not return your cash, interval".
