I was called and told I qualified for a 2,500.00 Mastercard by a company that was federally ran. They would report to the credit bureau and this would allow me to re-establish my credit.
I was told I would get a 1,000.00 increase upon each review of my card and payments being in good standing. I had to answer a few questions to qualify.
I made at least 800.00 monthly, had no bankruptcies in the past 6 months, had a checking account, and was told to answer with the last 4 digits of my social security card. I would be charged 296.00 one time auto draft to my checking for the service that was to be provided. I now have had the 296.00 drafted and have tried to call the number given at 866-310-0695 and was give a recording that the number had been changed to 877-572-6751.
I called my bank and received a company name of FirstChoice with a number of 800-704-9552. I believe this to be a scam... Beware of any companies calling stating you have been pre-approved for a 2,500.00 credit line with mastercard.
