There is a gross problem with my account with Specialized Loan Servicing, LCC. I am being charged for fees I do not owe and I have been told by several different SLS employees that my monthly mortgage amount is different each time I call. Each individual gives me a different answer. I have contacted your office over thirty times in the last few months to only get the answer, we will have to call you back. I have only been contacted by two of your customer service agents, five times. And, each time, I have been told that they would have to call me back with an answer, to no prevail. I also get the runaround regarding my account and the fees, overpayments made by me, erroneous late charges, escrow amounts and the monthly mortgage amount due. I am requesting a full loan audit regarding my account. I have requested numerous times via telephone for these issues to be resolved and as of to date, I have not received anything in writing nor has my account reflected the corrections. I have attached all documentation that I have currently on my persons supporting my claim (my belongings are being shipped from Iraq) If you need anything else from me, I will need that in writing. I need for you to honor what you say regarding my monthly mortgage amount due which is $1195.92. I need you to give me my credit due back to me and reflect that in writing. I need my escrow breakdown to be in writing. Within weeks, my reinstatement amount was changed three times, going from $8,109.00 to over $16,000 for payments due from November 08-May 09. My attorney said there are problems with your numbers. You could not justify the amounts and agreed to the $11,658.65 and that would reinstate me fully; now you change your mind. (I paid it on time via cashiers check). I told you I had emails telling me not to pay anything on this account and I also hired an attorney when the previous loan servicer would not tell me what my mortgage payment due to me was after a month into them reviewing my file. But you said you had to charge me your legal fees for foreclosure and I never received anything saying you took over the loan. I did not know who you were until I received a foreclosure notice while I was in Iraq. I paid your fees and then some. Please honor your end of all agreements made by SLS.
