WGW llc. Bennet Harrington, webcams-gone-wild, naked.com payment wasn't released because "model payments are withheld until they have earned in excess of $100." -I Don't see where it says it in the agreement - vallejo

I HAd a hard time just trying to start work with this company. I sent over 20 pics in about two months time of me holding My Id in different lighting, different angles, etc Untill they were finally accepted as proof that I was the person in the the Id.
The site dioes not the traffic they claim to have. I only earned about $27 and Never recieved payment. I logged on to view my earnings and they had been erased from my "stats", whisch i s where you keep track of the amount of time you spend in private with a customer. I E-mailed them and I did not get a reply as far as why I was no longer able to view my earnings since they had been deleted. As for why i wasnt paid the measly $27 I made they replied with the following:
"... We can investigate the claim. My immediate opinion, prior to investigating it, is that your payment wasn't released because model payments are withheld until they have earned in excess of $100. This first $100 minimum is a one time thing, after which model payouts are released every Monday, in any increment exceeding $10... Either way, we can release the $27 in the event it hasn't been paid out, the site only withholds the first $100 in earnings because many models quit the site prior to giving it a fair chance to be successful. Thanks-admin"
(How do I get PAID?
The best for last. We pay every week. You can be paid by check through the mail or direct deposit to your bank account. It is the responsibility of each model to allot the necessary taxes, and submit a tax form provided by WGWcorp at the end of year.)
I looked over the performer agreement and couldnt find where it says that i dont get paid untill I earn more than $100. Somebody show me where, Maybe I overlooked that part.

I was entusiastic about working with this company untill I realized they werent paying me. I didnt log in for a while because I had problems connecting to the internet and about two weeks passed and still no check for the small amount I earned my first time logging in and performing in private for a costumer.
I'm Just one of many, who I'm sure have not been paid. Meanwhile theyre collecting all those earnings by us who made less than $100. Whisch is double because they charge the costumer like 1.99 or more per minute.
