FEES From hell - overdraft fees

I have been a good customer here for a while, so I thought if I called the customer service line I would get just that customer service.instead I was told that my 300.00 deposit was not available until Tuesday even though it was posted as available on my Online Account. According to the CS person I am surely in the wrong because I do not understand their ATM policy.

What I don't understand is if it says Available Balance why is it not?

So after charging me almost 200.00 in overdraft charges because the funds in my available balance were not technically available (so don't list them as available then). They are going to charge me another 250.00 in overdraft fees because I cannot leave work right this moment and deposit more money until after 3pm. How are they getting away with this? I even asked if they could old off on the fees due to not being able to make their ATM cut off time.

Sorry that is not our policy and if we did it for you we would have to do it for others, was the response.
Really? That is your answerer? Something my 1st grade teacher would have told me. Nice!

I can understand if I had not had the money in there and was shopping without funds, however the check is stated as clearing on 6/08 so I went out and made purchases on 6/08.

What am I missing here???
